Fun to bake, fun to eat!Meule Jelly Cookies

Ingredients

100 g. (1/2 cup) cold butter cut into small cubes
300 g. powdered sugar
2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to Bake at 150 degrees Celsius. Place a baking pan filled with boiling water on
the bottom of the oven to create a moist, steamy oven.
Melt chocolate and butter in the microwave and mix by hand or beat
with mixer until smooth.
Beat eggs together with sugar and salt for 10 minutes on high speed
until you receive a smooth, light-colored mixture. Fold egg mixture
into chocolate mixture.
Pour and flatten on baking pan.
Bake in center of oven for 45-50 minutes until cake begins to crack
but is not completely set.
Transfer to refrigerator for 4 hours to set.
Slice and serve!
Melt and drizzle with 3 types of chocolate.
