Ingredients
2 M eggs
1 cup 3% milk
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 cup or 140 grams white flour
1 canola oil spray
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together until you get a liquid mixture, a little thick and without lumps.
Place a small lump of butter or a little oil and heat the pan to medium heat.
Pour about half a ladle of the crepe batter (depending on the size of the pan) into the pan and quickly rotate it to create a thin and wide crepe.
After about half a minute, when the edges of the crepe dry and solidify, turn the crepe over with a spatula and fry the other side.
Remove from the pan and place on a plate.
Repeat frying additional crepes until the batter is finished.
Serve with jam, maple syrup, ice cream, chocolate, nuts, ice cream, Tnuva cheese or whipped cream.
